Recent Example was for a complete re-design of a 20 kV Power Supply used in Satellite Communications Systems and subsequent manufacture of 32 high voltage tanks.

Given the Air Force's critical need for new units, a severly compressed development and production cycle was initiated with production units deliverable within a few short months. US Technologies redesigned the power supply into five 4 kV rectifier modules and an auxiliary module for power supply sensing and control. The individually potted modules allowed for greater reliability and easier/less costly repair.

All units underwent a series of intense environmental tests including temperature-altitude, temperature shock, mechanical vibration and shock and explosive atmosphere conforming to Mil-STD 810C.
